Are you a Lund University researcher in the process of planning, writing, or submitting a research application that relates to South Asia issues? You are now able to apply for two SASNET research application grants.

We are happy two announce that two SASNET grants are now open for applications. Both grants are for employed Lund University researchers, currently working on a research application that in some way incorporates the region of South Asia. 

Planning Grant for the Submission of a Major Research Application

This is a grant for researchers who are in the process of putting together and submitting a major national or international research application. Examples of such applications include the EU framework programme and programme applications to Riksbankens Jubileumsfond.

  • Maximum value of 75 000 SEK
  • The grant has to be used before October 2025
  • Application deadline is 31 August 2024

Grants for Writing a Research Application 2024 (Ansökningsmånad)

A SASNET grant to support individual researchers at Lund University in their writing of research applications. The grant equals one month's full-time work. Members of all faculties and departments are welcome to apply, but you must have completed your doctoral degree. 

Application deadline is 31 August 2024.
