Sustainable Utilization of Tropical Plant Biomass

The Fifth International Conference on Sustainable Utilization of Tropical Plant Biomass - Bioproducts, Biocatalysts, and Biorefinery (SUTB4) will be held in Coimbatore, India on November 17-18th 2016.

The Conference is organised by Tamil Nadu Agricultural University in association with Indian Biomass Association (IBA), Phycospectrum Environmental  Research Centre (PERC), Lund University, Sweden, Sustainable Kerala Net and SASNET Fermented Foods.

The aim of the conference is to provide a scientific forum involving experts from international as well as national level for addressing utilization of tropical biomass for nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals with a focus on involvement of novel biocatalysts and their role in conversion of biomass, important bioproducts derived from biomass and how the integration of many value-added components to the biomass utilization program would improve the economy of biorefinery.
