About the movie

Indian Prime Time TV journalist Ravish Kumar is in trouble. Known for his valiant attacks on the ruling power during his long-running primetime broadcast, his nerves have begun to fray from carrying the torch of 'good journalism' for too long. In the public eye, Ravish has become a public figure. But with a growing target on his back and the imminent threat of his network's demise, Ravish is changing from a confident troublemaker to a deeply troubled man, worried about himself, his family and the soul of his nation.

Director's talk with Vinay Shukla, moderated by Andreas Mattsson

Indian director Vinay Shukla is our guest this evening. Already in 2017, Shukla was recognized with his documentary film “A Significant Man”, which was acclaimed at film festivals around the world and became a huge success in cinemas. Now comes his sequel “While We Watch”. The Q&A will be moderated by Andreas Mattsson, lecturer and program director at the School of Journalism at the Department of Communication and Media, Lund University.
