SASNET and Sydasien Journal strengthen collaboration

Picture från Sydasien.se. Photo.

SASNET has an ongoing collaboration with the journal Sydasien, aimed at promoting knowledge and discussion on South Asia through both publishing and joint seminars.

As part of the collaboration, SASNET regularly shares selected articles from Sydasien on its website, making research-based journalism on South Asia accessible to a broader audience, bringing together researchers, journalists and the public.

The collaboration builds on longstanding ties between SASNET and Sydasien, and reflects a shared interest in disseminating knowledge on the South Asian region – including India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

In addition to article sharing and joint activities, the collaboration involves opportunities for researchers affiliated with Lund University to contribute with texts and perspectives, as well as increased visibility for both partners.

With hopes for a collaboration that will be mutually rewarding for both parties.
— Johan Mikaelsson, editor and responsible publisher of Sydasien

Through this collaboration, SASNET continues its work to foster dialogue and increase access to research and knowledge on South Asia across academic and public spheres.
